The toggle motion kit is intended for converting the rotary indexing table
DHTG to toggle motion.

2. Preparing for assembly/disassembly
• Make sure that the rotary indexing table DHTG is unlocked:
This is the case when the rotating plate can be turned freely.
For unlock it:
• Pressurize compressed air connection A with min. 4 bar.
Warning
Danger of injury due to uncontrolled movements of the rotary indexing
table. Before assembly or disassembly:
• Exhaust the device and the system.
Note
During toggle motion the locking is separated by the rotary movement.
• Make sure that control of the locking/unlocking and the rotary
movement right/left is managed by your controller.
• Before commissioning the rotary indexing table DHTG, consult the
operating instructions (!“Fitting the pneumatic components“).
3. Assembly

• Remove the stop plate 4.
• Unscrew and remove the
screws 5.

• Remove the two centre
O-rings 6.

• Place two seals 3 in the free
position.

• Fasten the stop plate 4.
• Tighten screws 5. Maintain
the permitted tightening
torque (!Section 4).

• Unscrew the restrictor 8
and the screws 9.
• Remove the sub-base 7
with the fitted air connection
threads.

• Remove the two centre
O-rings aJ.
• Place two seals 3 in the free
position.
• Turn the rotating plate until
the left-hand drive piston
comes to the front

• Push the shock absorber 1
into the drive piston.
• Fasten the shock
absorber 1 with the
retaining ring 2 in the drive
piston

• Tighten the screws 9 and
the restrictor 8. Maintain
the permitted tightening
torque (!Section 4).

With division into more than 2 parts (BG65 und 90)/ more than 3 parts (BG140 und 220):
There is a selector bolt in front of the left-hand drive piston which must be removed or
reinserted for conversion
.

With division into more than 2 parts:
When fastening the sub-base make sure that the small compression spring fits into the
hole (X) again and presses against the selector bolt.
